Questions

What’s the difference between the two investor tiers?

Both read the same record. Pipeline is the live market, cleaned up — the last 90 days of ongoing cases, verdicts and voluntary liquidations, plus any case with an open EoI or auction, and watchlist emails. Full Desk widens that to 12 months and adds the comparisons — sector, bench and outcome tables, and a comparison line on every case — plus saved-search alert emails. Enterprise gives a team of named seats the last 36 months, invoiced annually.

I’m an individual investor, not an institution — is this for me?

Yes. Companies, land and plants sell through the Code for less than ₹100 crore too, in the same public process the ARCs use. Pipeline at an introductory ₹1,799/month is built as an individual’s entry ticket — every open EoI with its deadline, every new admission, and watchlists on the cases you name.

What does the free trial include?

Seven days and 20 case pages of your choice — any case admitted or concluded in the last 90 days, or with an open EoI or upcoming auction — plus the Newly Admitted, Open deals and Auctions pages. Access is granted on approval, usually the same day; no card is taken and it expires unless you subscribe.

What does “2 months free” mean on annual plans?

The investor plans are priced at ten months for twelve — Full Desk is ₹27,990/year against ₹33,588 paid monthly, Pipeline ₹17,990 against ₹21,588. Annual plans are one payment; monthly plans run on auto-debit you can stop any time. The professional plan is monthly only: Pro at an introductory ₹999/month for the first year.

I’m a resolution professional — do I have to pay to be listed?

No. Your profile is free and public whether you subscribe or not, and claiming it is free — verification, the contact button and the open-to-assignments flag included. Pro adds your narrative, your own-practice intelligence and the last 90 days of the market. Claim your profile.

Where does the data come from, and can I rely on it for a bid?

IBBI public records, public announcements and Form G notices, NCLT orders, and the IBBI register of insolvency professionals — every figure stored verbatim from its source document, nothing estimated, and a blank means the source hasn’t published it, never zero. Use it for discovery and benchmarking, and read the linked order or Form G before you commit money: the record governs, not our copy of it. Found a figure that doesn’t match its source? Tell us and we correct it. How we source and correct is on our methodology page; merc.in is not affiliated with IBBI, NCLT or any government body.

How do I pay?

Subscriptions are prepaid and self-serve. Professionals: sign in and pick a plan. Investors: request the free 7-day trial (no card) — links go out the same day — then subscribe in one click. Monthly plans run on auto-debit — UPI AutoPay, card or bank mandate, set up once at checkout — and stop any time from your desk; annual plans are one payment. Prefer a human? WhatsApp us or [email protected] — we reply the same day.

Payments secured by Razorpay — UPI AutoPay, cards & bank mandates. We never see or store your card details. Monthly plans auto-debit and stop any time from your desk; access activates automatically the moment payment confirms.

Every plan reads the same record — compiled from IBBI publications and NCLT/NCLAT orders, figures verbatim from source, refreshed weekly, latest order indexed 15 Oct 2026. MethodologyGlossaryLatest ordersReport an error
